About a band name...

Starting a band is hard. It takes time, patience, and a lot of figuring things out. But it’s also one of the most thrilling things you can do as a musician — new people, new sounds, and that magical first moment playing a song that’s just yours.

And yes, a band isn’t a band until it has a name. We’re calling ourselves Azure Rose — a fun-to-say, blue-violet colour that fits the spirit of unusual names I’ve always loved.
